NLMK Group, a global steel company, has updated its industrial healthcare development strategy. The main objectives of the strategy include the development of the emergency aid system at the Company sites, digitalization of health check-ups, and reduction occupational disease levels.

NLMK Lipetsk is implementing a project to support agriculture. Construction of dairy farming facilities carried out by the Company is nearing completion in the Tver, Kaluga, and Altai regions. The farms will boost the supply of organic milk by 180,000 tonnes per year.

Vadim Valyas, currently Director of Production at the site, will take on the role of CEO starting from 1st March 2022. He is going to focus on further operational efficiency improvements and coke and chemical production process development
