In the first quarter of 2016 Altai-Koks invested about 68 million rubles in social programmes, which is 15% more than in 2015.

A new automated car movement and loading monitoring system was installed in the rail road shop of Altai-Koks. It improves the efficiency of logistics saving over 4.5 million rubles annually.

The implementation of Operational Efficiency programme based on the tools of NLMK Production System allowed saving over 60 million rubles in 2015. Such results were made possible thanks to the suggestions for the production improvement from the staff, A3 projects to solve issues, and development of lean production tools.

Since the beginning of the year, Altai-Koks has allocated more than 1.4 mln rubles towards charitable projects aimed at support of public initiatives. The funds were transferred towards the participation in territorial and municipal social projects, and assistance to sports organizations, theatre ensembles, and educational institutions.

Altai-Koks has allocated 6.8 mln rubles towards the organization of summer vacations for the employees’ children. 421 children received vouchers: 246 to “Bodrost” therapeutic facility, and 175 to children’s recreation camp in the village of Yanovo.

Altai-Koks has summed up the results of the 7th annual “Young Leader” corporate contest, aimed at development of the plant young workers’ leadership qualities.
