The strategic goal of Altai-Koks's active HR policy is to form a pool of employees capable of tackling the Company’s strategic business objectives.

Health and welfare
The health and welfare of employees is a priority focus of the Company’s social activities. A key emphasis is placed on forming a welfare culture, the need to lead a healthy lifestyle and improve one’s psychological and physical health.
Altai-Koks runs three medical units and twenty-five first aid facilities to provide medical support and conduct regular check-ups.
Altai-Koks employees have an opportunity to make annual visits to the local resort and spa as well as to other resorts of the region. The Company provides the opportunity to receive high-quality medical treatment and recreation at three health resorts and spas.
