Technical Control Department of Altai-Koks receives the international "Seal of Quality”
Alexander Ivanov, an employee of Altai-Koks, has won the regional stage of All-Russian competition of professional skills in the category "Best Lathe Operator".
A new automated car movement and loading monitoring system was installed in the rail road shop of Altai-Koks. It improves the efficiency of logistics saving over 4.5 million rubles annually.
The implementation of Operational Efficiency programme based on the tools of NLMK Production System allowed saving over 60 million rubles in 2015. Such results were made possible thanks to the suggestions for the production improvement from the staff, A3 projects to solve issues, and development of lean production tools.

Altai-koks is getting ready for ISO 9001:2000 quality management certification at the end of 2006. New QMS development and implementation department appeared in the company structure in September, and currently the program for ISO QMS certification implementation at Altai-koks has been already approved.
The history of harvesting companies in the Altai territory knows many examples when good crops were lost due to a lack of machinery. New German combines purchased this year for Blinovsky farm made it possible to manage grain losses, which had been inevitable before.
Commissioning of a resin processing plant with design capacity of 200,000 tonnes of pitch per year took place at Altai-koks on June 27, 2000. From the date of its commissioning to its jubilee, 360,902.55 tonnes of pitch have been produced and 806,938 tonnes of resin have been processed. Krasnoyarsky and Sayansky smelters are comsumers of our pitch.
The Council of managers of the JSC “Altai-koks” decided to organize a common shareholders meeting, which was held in a form of shareholders jointly presence in Zarinsk on the 2nd of June, 2005. Shareholders, who have 91% (899 528 722 shares) in common, were registered for taking part in the meeting. In accordance with the agenda, 7 questions were discussed.
